The Technology Bridge Foundation (TBF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls in Northern Nigeria through technology. This initiative seeks to bridge the digital gender divide by providing access to education, mentorship, and career opportunities in information and communication technologies (ICTs). Northern Nigeria faces significant challenges in women’s participation in the digital economy, including limited access to education, cultural barriers, economic constraints, and the underrepresentation of women in tech. These systemic issues disproportionately affect women, limiting their growth and contribution to the workforce. By addressing these barriers, TBF aims to create a positive ripple effect across the region, fostering economic empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development.
